Ce que je fais
Un audit manuel d'accessibilité : dix gabarits de pages et un parcours d'achat complet, testés au clavier seul et au lecteur d'écran, selon WCAG 2.2 niveau AA et le RGAA.
Les outils automatiques détectent environ un problème sur huit. Le reste demande quelqu'un qui ouvre le site, tente d'acheter, et note où ça casse. C'est cette partie que je fais.

Ce que je ne dis pas
Je ne certifie rien : aucun certificat de conformité n'existe. J'écris « audité selon WCAG 2.2 AA », et je nomme ce que je n'ai pas pu tester. Je ne donne pas de conseil juridique.

I test European e-commerce sites by hand, and write down exactly which customer gets stuck, on which page, and what needs to change.
What I do
A manual accessibility audit: ten page templates and one complete purchase, tested keyboard-only and with a screen reader, against WCAG 2.2 level AA and the French RGAA.
Automated tools reliably catch about one problem in eight. The rest needs a person who opens the site, tries to buy something, and writes down where it breaks. That part is the work.
